Endhiran is apparently the most expensive Indian film ever made. Does it show? I’m not so sure, the special effects could do with some polish. But trust me, you won’t care less once you witness humanoid robots magnetize themselves to form a spinning, bullet-spewing, ball of fury, pulverizing local law enforcement in a matter of seconds.
There are more absurd action scenes in Endhiran than there are in all the ludicrous Hollywood sci-fi action flicks of the past ten years. And yes, that includes The Matrix, Transformers and 2012.
PS the dialogue is dubbed in Russian (and why the hell not at this point).

MySpace: The Movie

A still from the film, MySpace: The Movie by David Lehre
This film is certainly not brand new, but I thought I would post about it since there still seems to be a lot of people that haven’t seen it yet. Anyone who has ever had a job can identify with the hilarious, yet sadly true to life, cult film Office Space.
Anyone who has ever ventured into the chaotic madness of social networking sites will surely find comic relief in David Lehre’s film MySpace: The Movie, which parodies the hell out of the absurdly popular site. If you’ve ever been caught in the act of taking semi nude pictures of yourself for your MySpace profile, this movie is for you.
